At Craft with Resin, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade resin products. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, we offer a partial refund under the following condition:

Customers may request a refund within 6 hours of successful payment.

If approved, a 60% refund will be issued.

After 6 hours, all sales are final, and no refunds will be granted.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Once the crafting process begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Custom and personalized resin products are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with a video of the damage.

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
